This Spanish-English Glossary of Réquiem por un campesino español helps students to understand the text as they read it.
The Glossary first lists the words in the order that they appear in the text (without repeating them). This means it can be used with any edition. It then lists the words in alphabetical order for when students are dipping in and out of the book.
This Glossary is 19 pages in all. It provides a translation that is relevant to the text. Intermediate-level words are omitted as they are likely to be known already to students. Some words that do not have a straightforward translation are omitted from the glossary, but every attempt has been made to provide a translation where possible.
This resource will bring relief to students who find it very frustrating to look up unknown words in a dictionary. The Glossary will massively reduce the amount of time it takes to look up words and will help students stay motivated.
